Kript is a free-to-use app with in-app purchases. Users can purchase goods and services using purchased credits stored in their wallet.
A fee will be applied based on the type of transaction.Purchases
Kript purchases can be divided into two main categories.
- Publications
- Gifts
Publications
All publication purchases are subjected to a 5% payment processing fee.
Gifts
All gift purchases (including buy me coffee) are subjected to a 10% payment processing fee.
Credit Sharing
All on-network credit sharing is free of charge.
e.g: A user can send any amount of credit from one wallet to another free of charge.Withdrawals
Credit withdrawals from an on-network wallet to an external bank account are subject to LKR 50 CEFTS transaction fee and a 10% payment processing fee charged by the platform. The final withdrawal amount will be automatically calculated by the payment processor.
E.g. : As a user, you want to withdraw LKR 1,000 worth of credits from your wallet and transfer them to an external bank account designated by you.Breakdown of the charges
Withdrawal amount = LKR 1000
10% of the withdrawal amount (LKR 1000) = LKR 100
CEFTS transaction fee (bank transaction fee is a fixed amount) = LKR 50
Total platform chargers = LKR 150
Please note: Only eligible users can withdraw credit from their respective wallets.
